"Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need." - Malachi 3:10
I ran across this picture and it was begging to be posted. I searched scripture for "window" and read this. Not what I was looking for. But the others I found just didn't feel right. I asked God why. No answer. BecauseHe had already provided the answer. I just needed to look. Look through the window with me. Those are beans that have been harvested. They are there in this family's storehouse. This is their food. And the Lord of hosts says he will open the windows of Heaven for us and pour down blessings until there is no more need.
Brothers and sisters, don't miss this. The Lord of hosts. Wow. This is a beautiful picture of His provision. His power. His love.
I almost skipped over this Scripture but He would not allow it. Because when He moved me to take this picture He knew I would not post it right away. He knew that it would stay tucked in my gallery for the perfect day.
It's no coincidence that with all the admin work I have to do, I ran across this picture. And it's no coincidence that I almost skipped over this Scripture because I didn't see those beans. Yet herein lies what He needed me to know today as I pray for a miracle of provision - that He, the Lord of hosts, is opening a window.
What are you overlooking today, friends? If you could take a snapshot of your situation, what is in the picture that He needs you to see?
